Mikit Glow Magic Lip Serum: Makeup Review

When a woman applies cosmetics on her face, we always want it to seem natural. Because so many are being produced in the cosmetics sector, there are a lot of them on the market today.

Honestly, I saw this product in Shopee ads. I also saw it on Tiktok, so I got curious because it's a magic lip serum. I've never used something like this before, so I got really interested, and out of excitement, I ordered it right away. I also noticed that the girls in the video, while applying the product, made me happy with the results it produced because it made their lips look naturally pink, so I quickly ordered it.

This product is from China which is why I had to wait quite some time before I received it. After 5 days, I finally got it, and I quickly opened the parcel. The packaging is acceptable. The brand name seems a bit unique to me. The color is clear, which makes one wonder how it would appear on the lips. The product is in a roll-on form and is white when unused, but once applied, the color will stain the roll-on as well.

I applied the product right away, it’s super greasy on the lips, like I ate something oily, so I even dabbed it with tissue to lessen the oiliness. At first, you couldn’t really tell, so I kept applying more coats. But I promise, even just one glide on the lips, it’s really greasy, I feel like it’s actually going to moisturize the lips of whoever uses it. For me, I didn’t get the color I wanted, even though I know it depends on the user’s pH level. I’m a bit acidic, so I feel like it should show up more on me, but it’s like I just ate oily foods. There's also a sweetness to its taste though it wasn't meant to be tasted, but because of how I applied it and how oily it is, I accidentally tasted it. It would have been fine since it's super cheap, so I bought two right away, but I didn't like the result of the product on me.

For me, it's fine to have tried it, but if I were to make a repeat purchase, I would probably choose a different product similar to this one because my aim is to use a product that appears to yield a natural result upon use; however, it seems that most of the products I have used that make such claims do not meet my expectations. Therefore, I will not be purchasing this again, and I have given the extra one I bought to my mother.
