According to HaruHaru, this product has an infused super ferment energy of Korean grown 100% Black rice extract solids from basic skin care, make the skin texture flexible. This black rice optimizes other skin care products along with instant moisturizing. Once called ‘forbidden rice’ in ancient China, Black Rice was only limited to royals and the rich. The Black rice is rich in anti-oxidants and is full of highly concentrated polyphenol and flavonoid pigments.

This product has a fermented Black rice extract that helps with anti-aging and supplies moisture and nourishment to make skin firm and with their distinctive technology this product delivers fermented black rice extract to skin deeply and effectively with sphere-shaped liposome infused in Panax Ginseng Root ingredient. I'm excited to try this product after I received it in the Allure Beauty Box. Even though I didn't get the full-size bottle, I'm still happy to get the chance to try it because I've heard a lot of good things about it and because my skin has just started to irritate again after being exposed to the sun's harmful rays.

I received this super cute 13ml mini-size bottle and instantly applied it on my face after washing. I’ve found that the fluid is a little heavy, which means it’s great for dry and flaky skin because it’s very hydrating. Despite having oily skin, as I’ve mentioned in prior blogs, I occasionally suffer from flaky and itchy skin, so I figured that since I had this product, it could assist me with my condition.

I had previously developed an allergy to The Face Shop’s rice ceramide toner, and despite the fact that this one also includes rice extract, I did not hesitate. Because of its thick and sticky texture, I initially felt it wasn’t enough, so I applied a little more and slid it contentedly across my face. I only use this at night, and even though that it is just 13ml, it really goes a long way which I am glad to say that I am already on my fourth night of using it.

I am not currently experiencing any irritation. And in all honesty, after each application, it gradually made my skin soft. Even though I could see in the mirror that it slightly reddened my skin after applying it to my face, after some time, it gradually went back to normal. This toner seemed gentle to me, which is wonderful for sensitive skin like mine. It did not make my skin fairer, but nonetheless, the key thing for me at this moment is to minimize the flaking and irritation of my skin.

All I can say is that, I am planning to buy the full size bottle of this product in the future. I highly recommend it to those who are suffering from sensitive and flaky skin.
